WHAT DOES OISHII MEAN? WHO ARE YOU?
Oishii means ‘most delicious' in Japanese. We are a fast casual shop focused on hibachi, ramen, sushi, while providing other assorted Asian comfort food (i.e. katsu). Whether you’re on vacation, hungry at work or in between classes, we strive to be your kitchen away from home. Always made to order.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES?
Upon ordering, notify us of any allergies and food restrictions you have. We will advise whether menu items can be modified to fit your dietary needs (i.e. cooking on a separate pan).

WHERE CAN WE PURCHASE YOUR YUM YUM SAUCE?
Our yum yum sauce, like our other sauces and recipes, are made in-house from scratch. At this time we do not sell in bulk.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE FOR EXTRA YUM YUM SAUCE (TO GO)?
All grill and katsu meals comes with one sauce per order. Containers are insanely expensive and we encourage our customers to move away from plastic. However, we welcome customers to go crazy with the bottles we have in-store. Not recommended: drinking the sauce.

CONVENIENCE // In addition to our original menu, we have a picture version (online and in store) to help you decide. Our goal is to take your order and have your food ready (dine in or take out) - as quickly as possible so you can spend more time on your other important tasks.
REDUCE WASTE // As an effort to preserve our planet, we are using reusable non-plastic plates, bowls, and utensils for our dine-in customers. We ask for your help by emptying your trash and returning our tableware to our bins so we can wash, sanitize, and reuse them.

Our Chefs have over two decades of experience within the Asian food industry and our recipes are our own. Our manager is a W&M ‘18 graduate and food safety certified, You will probably find us at James City Rec Center or Waller Miller Park as we locals in Williamsburg.
