FRONT-HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE (FHR) / CASHIER
PART TIME
(1 POSITION AVAILABLE)
The FHR is vital in our restaurant’s success by supporting all team members including chefs, line cooks and assistant store managers to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
Your main role is to complete order transactions, while providing exceptional customer service through taking initiatives to support customers and answering any questions customers may have on our products, offerings and brand.
To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate must be able to exhibit exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume and fast-paced work setting. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer service experience in restaurant or retail environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Completing operational procedures including safe & secure payment handling and transactions, proficient with our point-of-sale (POS) system & cash register.
Engaging professionally with customers on the products/offerings and brand through friendly interactions, while resolving questions and issues promptly.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and may include sanitizing high contact surfaces, and restocking utensils and condiments when needed.
[ COVID-19 ] Suitable face coverings are optional but recommended. Must adhere to food safety practices including frequent hand washing and wearing gloves if handling or assembling meals (orders).
